| Diana Willis Morse Enterprises, Ltd. does not act as an agent for any hotels, buses, waterway ferries or any other means of transportation used for group travel in Italy and cannot be held responsible for any accidents or mishaps in any of the aforementioned vehicles and/or hotels.
Land arrangements are fully refundable, less a $250 per person cancellation fee, up to thirty (30) days prior to departure. Your cancellation notice must be received by Diana Willis Morse Enterprises, Ltd., via email and in writing. Absolutely no refunds will be made for "no-shows" or for anyone who elects not to use any portion of the workshop programs. There are no refunds to any persons leaving the workshop for any reason. If a scheduled guest instructor cannot attend a particular workshop, another qualified instructor will teach that class.
If Diana Willis Morse Enterprises, Ltd. cancels a workshop, enrolled participants will receive a full refund of all monies they have paid. Workshop prices are based on the value of the United States Dollar in relation to the Euro at the time of this writing. A change in these rates could affect the total price of the workshop. Diana Willis Morse Enterprises, Ltd. reserves the right to adjust the prices accordingly. In the event of a price increase, the participant shall have the right to cancel and receive a full refund of all monies paid if they do not wish to pay the increased workshop price |
